Beveco, in cooperation with Dubotechniek Comfortsystemen, has realized the complete control system for the Clarissenhof Tilburg. This extensive project is equipped with a sustainable energy installation based on an Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage (ATES) in combination with heat pumps.
Own New Energy: your own sustainable energy
Each building has its own ONE (Own New Energy) installation, which is linked to the ATES. The more than 300 apartments are equipped with intelligent room controllers, which can be monitored and operated both locally and via a mobile app. We have installed a fiber optic network for communication between the buildings.
Niagara 4 Framework
The control technology is based on the revolutionary Niagara 4 Framework, where the latest JACE8000 web controllers are used. With this, various links have been realized based on open communication protocols, such as:
- Room controllers via BACnet / MSTP;
- Heat pumps via BACnet / IP;
- Energy meters via BACnet / MSTP;
- kWh meters via Modbus / RTU;
- Frequency inverters via Modbus / RTU.
